Launch note: Final service prices, delivery times, revision limits, cancellation terms and governing-law details must be confirmed in writing before paid services are offered.
These terms apply to the Finance Career Foundry website and any career-support service separately agreed with a client.
Website content
The website provides general career information and an introductory diagnostic. Content may be updated and is not a substitute for independent professional, legal, immigration, tax, investment or financial advice.
Career-support services
The scope, deliverables, fee, payment arrangements, delivery timetable and permitted revisions for a paid engagement will be agreed before work begins. A service begins only after both parties have accepted those arrangements.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, review all final documents and ensure that applications remain truthful. Finance Career Foundry will not invent employers, qualifications, duties, achievements, dates or performance figures.
No employment guarantee
Career support can improve preparation and presentation but cannot guarantee interviews, promotions, employment offers, compensation or immigration outcomes. Hiring decisions remain with employers and recruiters.
Confidentiality and third-party material
Clients should not provide confidential employer data, protected financial information or material they are not authorised to share. Sanitised examples should be used wherever possible.
Intellectual property
Website content, brand materials and original resources may not be copied, republished or sold without permission. After full payment, clients may use their completed personal career documents for their own job-search purposes.
Cancellations and refunds
The applicable cancellation, rescheduling and refund arrangements will be stated in the written service confirmation. No payment should be taken until those terms have been supplied and accepted.
